What does the following quote mean to you? "You don’t get to pick where you’re
from, but you always have control of where you’re going."
This
quote means to me that no one can control how much money you have or where you
are in life, but you can choose to keep the life you have or change it so you
have what you want. You get to choose what kind of life you have whether it’s a
wealthy one or a poor one, but money shouldn’t be the issue with life. I find
that how much you live and the amount of joy you have throughout your life is a
better way to measure how your life is. You can be poor and happy just like you
can be rich and miserable. If you choose where you want to go and be in life
then you should have no problem, but issues do arise in your life where you
have to make choices and you have to make the right choice that will help you
most and make you happy most in the long run.
